January 19 - 25 our field had the honor of hosting the WGM board and administration retreat. This was the first time the board had visited a field together, so it was an historical moment in time. 

Terry and I were privileged to travel with the group and show them many of the ministries that are in progress.  We are so proud of our missionary family and the Honduras Holiness church.  Strong relationships have been built and the church has grown up so that we are not partnering and standing side by side with them in ministry.  They are taking the lead in many areas, and we are following. 

We visited Choluteca, AFE, El Sembrador and Manuelito as well as attending several churches in Tegucigalpa.  Our last evening was spent at Villa Gracia where the WGM board and the National Church board met together for dinner and a lovely evening of fellowship. 

We thank God for His protection over the many miles we traveled and for the honor of the WGM board visiting our field.  We continue to pray for each one as they process and share what they experienced.

I'm a little late with updating our blog but I wanted to start with Christmas with all of our children and granddaughter.  What better gift than to all be together during this special time of the year when be celebrate Jesus' birthday and the hope that simple birth brings to the world.  I'm a grandma, so please let me share several of the hundreds of pictures that I have.
